BlueConnect Automotive Inks Exclusive I.P. Deal

CarCarePro, Inc. Acquires Mobile App from BCA

Punta Gorda, FL –, BlueConnect Automotive announced the finalization of a definitive software licensing agreement with CarCarePro, Inc. The Agreement calls for CarCarePro, Inc to receive an exclusive, irrevocable license to a mobile app and other related intellectual property developed by BlueConnect Automotive. Exclusive and unrestricted usage of the brand name CarCarePro is included in the transaction.
