Chief Automotive Software Companies Autofutura and GForces Merge

The new group, which Inflexion Private Equity backs, combines Autofutura, a global provider of data-driven business intelligence, with GForces, a market-leading automotive e-commerce, and omnichannel supplier.

FREMONT, CA: Autofutura and GForces, two of the automotive industry’s leading retail software providers, have merge to create a new group. The firms have banded together to maximize market productivity and change the way buyers purchase cars as the digitization of the automotive sales chain accelerates.

The new group, which Inflexion Private Equity backs, combines Autofutura, a global provider of data-driven business intelligence, with GForces, a market-leading automotive e-commerce, and omnichannel supplier. It also benefits from the experience of Autofutura’s recently acquired Chrysalis Loyalty business, which is now a fully integrated part of the company.

The new group, which is the first of its kind in the industry, aims to link car manufacturers, finance providers, dealers, and consumers to optimize the entire customer journey through software and data services. The new group will be headed by two highly accomplished executives: Christian Erlandson, a data intelligence specialist, and David Riemenschneider, an automotive veteran. Autofutura and GForces now represent over 10,000 locations in 96 countries and 20 of the world’s leading car manufacturers. It has branches in Australia, Canada, Germany, Vietnam, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States and is headquartered in the United Kingdom.
