Volvo has hired Jens Holtinger as the new head of Volvo’s global truck production organization and member of the Volvo Executive Board.
FREMONT, CA: Jens Holtinger has been hired as the head of Volvo´s global truck production organization and a member of the Volvo Executive Board. He will take over the office of Jan Ohlsson, who after a successful and long career, will retire.
Jens Holtinger was born in 1970. He began his career at the Volvo Group in 1995. He has extensive international experience and has held many senior positions within production, such as the head of the production in Ghent, Skövde, Belgium, and Tuve, Sweden. Currently, Jens Holtinger holds the position of the Senior Vice President of Europe and Brazil truck manufacturing.
Jens Holtinger will take full charge of his position as of October 1st, 2020.
