John Lin has been named Senior Vice President of Sales at EverCharge, and Jeffrey Kinsley is named Vice President of Engineering at EverCharge. After SK E&S' recent acquisition, both positions will support SK's accelerating operations.
The EverCharge company was founded in 2013 and specializes in dynamic load management technology for multi-family housing, workplace, and fleet applications. EverCharge SmartPower technology has been designed and manufactured in the U.S. to enable sites to deploy 5-10x more electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) while lowering overall deployment costs. In January, SK E&S announced it was investing $400 million in energy solution businesses in the U.S., including the acquisition of EverCharge and other investments.
With over 20 years of experience leading sales teams for multi-billion dollar companies and growth-phase startups, John Lin brings knowledge to EverCharge. He helped transform many venture-backed companies into category leaders, including Enlighted, Bidgely, Presto, GridX, and Control4. With First International Computer and Everex, John held executive management roles for ten years before starting his own company.
Jeffrey Kinsey has worked in large tech companies and innovative startups for over 20 years. Previously, he designed complex hardware products such as AR glasses, computer vision, and game streaming before entering the EV charging industry. Jeffrey worked for Microsoft during his early career, shipping Windows and Xbox Kinect.
The company plans to expand its engineering and sales teams to meet growing market demands and introduce new product lines and services to meet those demands in the future.
