Ozop Energy Solutions Presents the First Electric Vehicle Service Contract Premium of Its Fully Owned Subsidiary, OZOP Plus

OZOP Plus, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ozop Energy Solutions, has signed its first Vehicle Care Contract for Electric Vehicles.

FREMONT, CA: "We are pleased to announce Royal's first sale of the Vehicle Service Contract for Electric Vehicles, where OZOP Plus receives the premium related to the battery," says Brian Conway, CEO of Ozop Energy Solutions. The first Vehicle Service Contract ("VSC") for an Electric Vehicle ("EV") has been sold by Ozop Energy Solutions and EV Insurance Company (DBA OZOP Plus) to American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida (ABIC or the Ceding Company) under the terms of the Reinsurance Contract between the two companies. Royal Administrative Services, Inc. (Royal) acts as ABIC's administrator. The transfer of the battery portion of the premium from ABIC to OZOP Plus signifies the first premium received by the company for battery coverage under the VSC.

The contract was sold at Beaver Toyota of Cumming ("Beaver Toyota") in Georgia, an award-winning auto dealership. The contract was purchased for a 2022 Tesla Model 3, a popular option among people concerned with the environment. "Our dealership has been waiting for a product that gives our customer the peace of mind they are seeking when purchasing an EV. The Fully Charged Royal VSC, whereby the EV battery coverage is provided by OZOP Plus and marketed through a partnership with Trusted Sale, accomplishes just that," states Patrick Abad, the General Manager of Beaver Toyota.
