The relationship enables VIA and Pegasus to capitalize on Creative's broad service network and comprehensive knowledge of the bus business.

VIA Motors, a leading manufacturer of commercial electric vehicles with advanced electric drive technology and sustainable mobility solutions for a wide range of Class 2 – 5 electric commercial vehicle applications, has received an order for 2,000 Class 3 VIA electric cutaway chassis cabs. Pegasus will construct Type A school buses, electric shuttles, and paratransit buses using the adaptability of VIA's commercial products. The Pegasus dealer network in the United States includes Creative Bus Sales, one of the biggest bus dealers in the country.

A Pegasus Bus with a VIA cutaway will have all-wheel drive and the industry's lowest floor height and turning radius. Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) ranges between 12,500 and 14,000 pounds. The electric motors will produce 400 continuous horsepower and a range of 180 miles with a payload capacity of 7,000 to 8,200 pounds.
Creative Bus Sales has an arrangement with Pegasus Specialty Vehicles to facilitate the selling and maintenance of their vehicles. Creative's nationwide dealer network consists of 23 United States and Canada dealers. Pegasus's complete dealer network comprises 56 dealer sales and service locations.
