Sal Orsini will take charge of the Company's global procurement organization's purchasing, supplier quality, and global supply chain strategy.

Salvatore (Sal) Orsini is designated chief procurement officer at Stoneridge, a global designer, and producer of highly designed electrical and electronic vehicle systems. Orsini will be in charge of the Company's global procurement organization's purchasing, supplier quality, and global supply chain strategy in her new position.
Orsini has more than 25 years of expertise in global supply chain management's automotive and aerospace sectors. He has led procurement groups while residing in Asia Pacific, Europe, and Mexico. He served as Nexteer Automotive's vice president and worldwide chief supply management officer. Orsini had previously held several executive positions with Aptiv, General Motors, Rolls-Royce Aerospace, and Delphi.

Orsini is a Central Michigan University alumnus. He also pursued extra coursework through the Executive Emerging Leaders program at Harvard Business School and earned his Professional Supply Management Certification from the Institute for Supply Management. Orsini will work out of Stoneridge's Novi, Michigan, corporate office and report to DeGaynor.

Additionally, Kevin Heigel, senior vice president of the integrated supply chain, has reverted to a consultancy position as of July 1, 2022. As a result, he is no longer directly employed by the Company. He will support the Company's worldwide integrated supply chain projects as needed.
